Latest September 2025 Express Entry Draw Invites 1,000 CEC Candidates

At the start of September 2025, after issuing 249 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in an Express Entry draw, the immigration department issued 1,000 ITAs in a draw for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates conducted on September 3.
For this draw, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 772 and had to have created their Express Entry profile before 8:28 a.m. Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on August 14, 2025.
2025’s Express Entry Draw Trends
September 2025 has already seen a series of focused selections. The latest three draws include:
- September 3: 1,000 ITAs for Canadian Experience Class candidates (CRS cut-off: 534)
- September 2: 249 ITAs for PNP candidates (CRS cut-off: 772)
Overall, 56,069 ITAs have been granted via Express Entry so far in 2025. The selection process this year is directed at specific groups, with the following:
- Provincial Nominee Program: 16 draws
- Canadian Experience Class: 9 draws
- French-language proficiency: 4 draws
- Healthcare and social services: 4 draws
- Education: 1 draw.
