Ontario PNP Conducts Multiple Draws on September 2, Issues 2643 Invitations

On September 2, 2025, the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (OINP) held multiple large draws, inviting 2,643 candidates to apply for Canada PR. The invitations were issued to eligible candidates across 3 streams, namely
- Employer Job Offer - Foreign Worker Stream
- Employer Job Offer - International Student Stream
- Employer Job Offer - In-Demand Skills Stream
The draws specifically targeted candidates already residing in Canada and working in key healthcare occupations, and early childhood educators and assistants.
The profiles that were created between July 2, 2025, and September 2, 2025, were only ones considered.

List of Eligible Occupations for the OINP Draws Held on September 2, 2025
The list of eligible occupations based on the stream was as follows:

The invited candidates are required to submit a complete application to OINP for nomination, and upon receiving one, they can proceed to apply to the federal government for PR in Canada

What is New in the OINP EOI System in 2025?
Starting July 2, 2025, all the Employer Job Offer stream applications need to be filed only through the Employer portal, meaning this system places greater responsibility on employers to register job offers and further submit the EOIs on behalf of the applicant.
*For candidates who have their EOIs lodged before July 2, 2025, are required to resubmit them with their employers to remain eligible.
