Canada has conducted 2nd Express Entry CEC draws for 2026, issuing 6,000 ITAs to eligible candidates. The CRS cutoff score stood at 509, highlighting a completely new level lowest CRS cutoff.

IRCC Canada has issued Invitations to Apply (ITA) to 6,000 candidates in the latest Express Entry draw. The invites were shared with candidates under the听Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
To qualify for this Express Entry draw, CEC candidates needed to have听
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 509听
- Their Express Entry profile must have been created before 4:35 am (UTC) on October 29, 2025
