Canada has conducted 2nd Express Entry PNP draws for 2026, issuing 681 ITAs to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The CRS cutoff score stood at 746, signalling continued PNP focus selection under the new immigration levels plan.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued Invitations to Apply (ITA) to 681 candidates in the latest Express Entry draw of 2026, on January 20. The invites were shared with candidates under the听Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)听only category.
To qualify for this Express Entry draw for the PNP only, candidates needed to have听
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 746听
- Their Express Entry profile must have been created before 4:09 am (UTC) on November 19, 2025
