Key Eligibility Requirements
French Proficiency:
- For main applicants, Level 5 (speaking & listening) on Qu茅bec鈥檚 French scale (脡chelle qu茅b茅coise)
- For Spouse/common-law partner, it's a Level 4 language requirement.
Education Requirements:
- A Quebec high school diploma (or equivalent) OR
- A vocational/technical diploma (minimum 1-year program, 600+ hours for secondary level or 900+ hours for college level)
Work Experience:
- Must not be in a profession based in Quebec
